STAMPED 925 STERLING SILVER – These high quality silver earrings is made from the finest sterling silver as indicated with 925 metal stamp. 925 sterling silver is made from 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper. The copper is added to stabilize the silver so that it can hold it's shape.
The other thing to note about good quality sterling silver is that if the jewelry is kept outside for a prolonged period, it is prone to oxidization. This oxidization gives it a little more golden color. We do provide a plastic bag, which prevents this oxidization. However, if you like the golden antique look, you should be fine keeping it in your jewel box.
NICKEL AND LEAD FREE – These earrings contain absolutely no nickel or lead, making it safe for people with nickel and lead allergies.
